Terms and Conditions of Booking and Cancellation Information
Cancellation by participants/attendees on events for which there is no attendance charge.
If you need to cancel your booking(s), In-tend's cancellation policy is as follows:
- Participant/attendee - For the purposes of this event, participants are classed as procurement professionals, which may include a number of job titles relating to this area. They can be from either the public or private sector. The final decision as to whether you are classed as a participant/attendee is at the discretion of In-tend management.
- Any cancellation details relating to the event must be sent by email to events@in-tend.co.uk. Participants, whether lead or individual, are requested to inform us of cancellations as soon as possible so that we can maintain accurate records and, if necessary, reallocate places to those on the waiting list.
- Please inform the Events team at events@in-tend.co.uk if you wish to send a replacement colleague. Please include their requirements, for example dietary or access needs, so that we can provide the best possible service at the event. It may not be possible to accommodate dietary changes made within 14 days prior to the event, however every effort will be made to do so.
- Any cancellations made after 14 days of registration, where a replacement colleague has not been nominated, will result in the organisation being charged the day delegate rate of £80 plus VAT. Please note that places are limited and costs are incurred by In-tend at the point of sale. An invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your organisation.
- Non-attendance at the event will be treated as a cancellation and your organisation will be charged a cancellation fee of £80 plus VAT per participant as a contribution towards the delegate rate incurred by In-tend. An invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your organisation.

By completing and returning this form on behalf of your organisation, you are entering into a contractual agreement with In-tend. It is therefore your responsibility to comply with the terms and conditions on this form, including but not limited to the cancellation policy.
Timing Fee Within 14 days of registration No charge Failure to attend £80 plus VAT cancellation fee - Definition of Attendance - Confirmed registration with the issue of a named lanyard on the day of the event with In-tend Ltd.
- Participant/Attendee - The participant or attendee is expected to actively interact with day delegates, exhibitors and procurement colleagues and peers during the event for the purpose of maximising engagement and knowledge transfer within the procurement sector.
- For security purposes, please ensure you wear your lanyard and keep your details visible at all times.
- In-tend management reserves the right to refuse any booking.
Additional Terms for Delegates and Exhibitors
Delegate bookings
Delegate places are charged per attendee. The delegate rate for the In-tend Summit covers attendance at the event programme and catering for the selected day or days.

Exhibitor bookings
Exhibitor packages provide an exhibition stand for the duration of the event and include delegate places for representatives of the exhibiting organisation.

Stand allocation
Any preferred stands submitted during registration will be treated as preferences only. Stand allocation is managed by In-tend and may be adjusted where necessary to ensure the effective operation of the exhibition area.
Electrical requirements
Exhibitors may request access to electrical sockets during registration. In-tend will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability in all stand locations.
Payment
Bookings may be paid by credit or debit card or by purchase order where agreed by In-tend.

Substitutions
If a delegate or exhibitor representative can no longer attend, a substitute attendee may attend in their place. Notification must be sent to the Events team in advance.
Event programme changes
In-tend reserves the right to amend the event programme, speakers, venue arrangements or timings where necessary. Such changes will not normally affect the overall nature of the event.
Procurement Standards Awards
The Procurement Standards Awards is a separate event. Indicating interest in receiving further information does not constitute a booking for the awards event.
Delegate information
Unless the relevant opt-out option is selected during registration:

Direct contact details such as email addresses or telephone numbers will not be included in the delegate list.
Data protection
Personal information collected during registration will be processed in accordance with the In-tend privacy policy and will be used only for the administration and delivery of the event.
Force majeure
In-tend shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivering the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue closure, government restrictions or public health measures.
